个人简历


 

2006年本科毕业于北京师范大学生命科学学院;2009年硕士毕业于北京师范大学生命科学学院,师从张大勇教授;2015年博士毕业于美国德雷塞尔大学生物系,师从Jacob A. Russell教授;20196月至今,任职于北京师范大学生命科学学院。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家高层次人才特殊支持计划青年拔尖人才项目和北师大领军人才培育项目等。获得仲英青年学者称号,北京师范大学邓魁英优秀青年教师奖,北京师范大学第十七届青年教师基本功大赛一等奖,入选国家万人计划青年拔尖人才计划

主要研究内容


研究动物与微生物共生关系的进化机制与生态功能。目前主要以昆虫,特别是蚂蚁为研究对象,采用多种研究手段,包括野外实验观察采集、高通量测序、生物信息学分析、微生物培养及基因功能验证等,研究共生细菌的生物多样性、进化历史、生物学功能及其对宿主生态和进化的影响。
